The beginning is so good, before there are humans. Then, they tried to improve the story and modified it. They made it much worse.
The original, it has some soul, and it feels less polished and less professional in many aspects. But it has soul.
I’m not sentimental, not at all. I haven’t watched it in my childhood and first time I saw it was maybe half a year ago, or so. So I think it’s fair to compare.
This film is just mediocre. There’s nothing special about it, you watch it and you’ll forget it in a week. The original is just a classics now, and it feels like there’s some love in it. And it’ll stay in our collection.
We watched 20 or 25 minutes by the way. And it’s this kind of a movie you understand it won’t surprise you at some later point.

It’s surely for kids, but the cartoon is much more kids friendly than this.
It’s as bad as a mainstream American Hollywood movie is. Which in my book is just the worst kind of a film.
Mediocrity. I despise it. Normies would applaud, I guess.
