Well, I do like his way of managing / couching the team. I believe a great manager is something like that, he’s getting great out of everyone. Instead of being after simply numbers and other things they old farts think is what being professional is. Being exceptional is being about something like that. I know, it’s just a film, and an exxageration. But there’s a lot to it, being a human, emotional intelligence and all that. Well, they do show us a very similar flex in Shrinking, aren’t they?
